Act as the first point of contact for 700 employees to resolve ICT issues and manage daily use of Outlook, Teams, and ERP environments. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, deploying hardware, installing software, and maintaining the CMDB.
Requires a completed MBO degree and at least 3 years of work experience with proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 11. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and possess strong communication skills to assist non-technical users.

Bij Loading Systems doe je dat voor 700 medewerkers verspreid over meerdere landen, in een compact team waar je snel schakelt en collega’s weer verder helpt.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen of problemen. Je beoordeelt wat er speelt, lost het op of zet het door naar de juiste persoon. Verder:
🔹 Je helpt collega’s bij het dagelijks gebruik van Outlook, Teams en onze ERP omgeving
🔹 Je beheert gebruikersaccounts en kent de juiste rollen en rechten toe
🔹 Je geeft laptops en telefoons uit en zorgt dat ze meteen klaar zijn voor gebruik
🔹 Je installeert software zodat collega’s direct aan de slag kunnen
🔹 Je houdt de CMDB bij zodat configuratie informatie actueel blijft
🔹 Je informeert collega’s over storingen, updates en onderhoud
Je hoeft geen ICT-opleiding te hebben gevolgd. Wat telt is dat je iets met IT hebt, dat je dat kan laten zien en dat je er energie van krijgt.
🔹 Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring
🔹 Je kent je weg in Active Directory, Office 365 en Windows 11
🔹 Je legt dingen helder uit, ook als iemand weinig verstand heeft van ICT
🔹 Collega’s stappen makkelijk op je af, omdat je rustig blijft en echt luistert
🔹 Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, want je schakelt ook met collega’s in het buitenland
🔹 Ervaring met Jira? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste

Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Lelystad. Je werkt samen met collega’s in meerdere landen en maakt onderdeel uit van het infra team in Nederland en Tsjechië. Deze functie is volledig op kantoor. Dat is ook logisch, want collega’s moeten bij jou kunnen binnenlopen als er iets is.
