The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and exit processes. They will also oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and administrative tasks including office space coordination.
Candidates must have an MBA in Human Resources and 8-10 years of experience in HR and recruitment, specifically within the technology industry. Proficiency in HRMS tools like BambooHR and Keka, along with a deep understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances, is required.
