The Lead Plant Operator is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, logging load data, and operating plant equipment such as pumps and valves. They must also maintain a clean work environment and ensure all plant safety policies are strictly followed.
Candidates should have forklift or warehouse experience and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift over 50 pounds. Successful applicants must pass a pre-screening process including a criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
