Partner with leadership to turn
financial data into decisions — on deals, pricing, timing, and growth
Build financial models for new
projects — feasibility, IRR, payback period, break-even
Evaluate JDA / outright
purchase decisions with risk-return analysis
Advise on pricing strategy for
units based on cost, market, and margin targets
Support fundraising — investor
decks, due diligence data rooms, lender negotiations
Identify margin leakages
across projects and recommend corrective action
Translate financial data into
clear business insights for non-finance leadership
Prepare and monitor
construction-stage cash flows in coordination with site and project teams —
tracking drawdowns, contractor payments, and milestone-based disbursements
Coordinate with construction
teams on project budgets — align financial plans with on-ground progress, flag
overruns early, and ensure cost approvals are in place.
Manage cross-project and
overall company-level cash flow — consolidate fund positions across all running
projects and maintain a rolling cash forecast for leadership
Handle tax compliance for
international consultants and foreign vendors — including TDS on payments to
non-residents (Section 195), FEMA implications, and applicable withholding tax
under DTAA where relevant
Lead and oversee the accounts
team to ensure accurate and timely execution of bookkeeping, MIS reporting,
project-wise cost accounting, and payables/receivables management across all
entities.
Handle GST filings including
works contract tax and ITC reconciliation
Manage TDS, income tax returns,
and Form 26AS reconciliation
Oversee revenue recognition
across projects in line with Ind AS 115 and RERA guidelines
Coordinate with statutory
auditors and manage audit processes
Track booking amounts,
construction-stage payments, and cancellations
Manage JDA accounting and land
cost allocation
Monitor fund flow across
projects and flag liquidity risks
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant—
mandatory
4–7 years post-qualification
experience; real estate / construction background strongly preferred
Proven ability to build
financial models and present business cases
Strong knowledge of GST (real
estate), TDS, Income Tax, and RERA financial norms
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP
/ Zoho / equivalent
Experience in fundraising
support or investor reporting is a plus
Working knowledge of TDS on
non-resident payments (Section 195) and basic understanding of DTAA / FEMA as
applicable to foreign consultant engagements
