The role involves managing inbound and outbound products, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking items. Additionally, the assistant coordinates shipments, handles customer inquiries, and maintains weekly reports and cycle counts.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and moderate computer skills for data collection. While one year of relevant experience is preferred, entry-level candidates are welcome as training is provided.

What you'll do
l Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products；
l Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork;
l Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules;
l Communicates effectively with the other departments in the company；
l Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor;
l Encourages safe work practices in others；
l Arranges daily cycle count and follow variance;
l Weekly report updates;
l Other duties as assigned to the position
Qualifications
l High school diploma or higher
l 1 years of relevant experience preferred, no experiences is ok, everything will be trained；
l Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection.
l Strong responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills
Morning shift 5am - 2pm
