Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping in QuickBooks, payroll, and financial statement preparation. Handle cash flow forecasting, inventory reconciliation, and state/federal tax filings.
Requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of accounting experience. Candidates must be proficient in GAAP, Excel, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

We are looking for an Accountant who can handle accounting and planning functions as we grow our finance team. This is a full-time on-site position.
This position reports to the President with a strong dotted line reporting to the Group Controller and CFO. You will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting, planning and cash flow forecasting. You will be working closely with Purchasing, reconciling vendor invoices and purchase orders, adjusting inventory and assisting with warehousing and delivery problems. Day to day volume is relatively light but you will have broad responsibilities. This is a key position on a small team and good communication skills are a must as you will be challenged to participate in business decisions.
