Set up and operate CNC mills to manufacture high-precision aerospace components while maintaining tight tolerances. Act as a leadhand by owning complex setups, supporting junior machinists, and ensuring zero-defect delivery.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of CNC mill setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Fanuc or Haas controls and experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis mills is preferred.
