Esta função existe para atuar de forma integrada entre Customer Service, Planejamento Logístico e Operações de Transporte, garantindo uma experiência eficiente para clientes e uma execução logística consistente, com foco em nível de serviço, fluidez operacional e melhoria contínua.
A posição terá papel analítico e colaborativo, conectando áreas internas, operadores logísticos e parceiros de transporte para apoiar decisões operacionais, acompanhar indicadores e contribuir para a evolução dos processos da cadeia de distribuição.

Atuar como ponto de contato entre clientes, time comercial, Supply Chain e operação logística para temas relacionados a pedidos e entregas.
Acompanhar o fluxo da carteira de pedidos, garantindo alinhamento entre faturamento, expedição e entrega.
Realizar tratativas de ocorrências logísticas, recusas, devoluções, reentregas e ajustes de pedidos.
Apoiar reuniões internas e externas para análise de desvios, definição de ações corretivas e melhoria da experiência do cliente.
Apoiar o planejamento de roteirização, consolidação de cargas e utilização da malha logística.
Monitorar a execução das entregas e atuar junto à torre de controle e transportadores na gestão de exceções operacionais.
Acompanhar disponibilidade de veículos, capacidade operacional e aderência ao plano de carregamento.
Contribuir para melhorias na eficiência operacional e redução de custos logísticos.
Monitorar indicadores de serviço e performance logística, como Fill Rate, OTIF, Lead Time e nível de serviço.
Elaborar análises, relatórios e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão.
Identificar causas raiz de desvios operacionais e apoiar planos de ação.
Desenvolver análises de eficiência operacional, ocupação de veículos e produtividade logística.
Participar de iniciativas de automação, simplificação de processos e transformação digital.
Apoiar implementação e evolução de sistemas, ferramentas analíticas e melhorias operacionais.
Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de Planejamento, CD, Comercial, Tecnologia e operadores logísticos para otimizar processos e garantir fluidez operacional.
Ensino Superior Completo (Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Gestão de Serviços ou áreas correlatas);
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
Conhecimento na cadeia logística;
Excel avançado;
