The Sales Keyholder acts as a leader on duty to drive sales, coach teammates, and ensure high-quality customer service. They are responsible for store operations, including opening and closing, maintaining visual standards, and managing loss prevention.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail or customer service experience. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs.
