The physical therapist provides individualized evaluations and customized interventions to optimize functional activities for patients with orthopedic and spine conditions. Responsibilities include coordinating care with referring providers and maintaining detailed clinical documentation for insurance and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate depending on graduation date) and be licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience and certifications such as OCS, CSCS, or DN.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy;
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
OCS, CSCS, DN Certified
Additional Information:
Completes direct and indirect patient care to evaluate, create plans of care, coordinate care, educate, and treat patients. The above is driven by best practice assessment and intervention strategies.
Completes best practice patient care documentation and appropriate review of patient PHI prior to implementing and during direct patient care plans for both insurance reimbursement and Joint Commission standards.
Initiates multi-disciplinary collaborative efforts with referring providers
to communicate patient progress and outcomes to ensure that best-practice patient care is provided.
