The Process Engineer will support improvements in OEE, scrap, and throughput while mapping production flow in Epicor. They will also assist with capital equipment installation and lead root cause investigations to develop updated work instructions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering and 0-3 years of manufacturing experience. Strong analytical skills and a willingness to work on the production floor are required.
What You’ll Do:
- Support process improvements impacting OEE, scrap, and throughput

- Assist with capital equipment installation and commissioning
- Participate in root cause investigations
- Develop and update work instructions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
- 0–3 years manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working on production floor
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of GD&T and measurement techniques
- Exposure to ERP systems in a manufacturing setting

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $70,000-$85,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
