The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for leading on-site robot setup, user training, and onboarding for new customers. They also handle territory maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and provide support during peak seasons to ensure consistent robot deployment.
Candidates must have experience in technical field service or training and possess strong technical aptitude with robotics and software. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 90% of the time and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
