The Recruiting Coordinator will manage scheduling for interviews and phone screens while maintaining candidate records in the Greenhouse ATS. They will also assist in coordinating recruiting activities and identifying opportunities to improve the overall candidate experience.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience within a tech company. Proficiency with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and strong organizational and communication skills are required.

About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced Robotics start-up. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Agility Robotics. You will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a cutting-edge robotics company. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
