About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced Robotics start-up. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Agility Robotics. You will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a cutting-edge robotics company. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
About the Work
Provide an exceptional candidate experience
Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Coordinating the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Updating candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS)
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
About You
2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company
Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
Self-starter with an insatiable curiosity
Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to schedule candidate interview travel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
The calm in a storm with a great sense of humor
Location
This is a fully remote role
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.
Anticipated Base Salary Range
$71,000—$111,000 USD
