The Customer Service Worker provides support for events at campus theaters, including scanning tickets, assisting patrons, and managing hospitality areas. They are also responsible for operating powered carts to transport audience members between parking lots and venues.
Candidates must possess a valid California driver's license and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience as a theatre usher and relevant safety certifications like CPR or First Aid are preferred.

Under the general supervision of the House Manager, the Customer Service Worker-Powered Cart Operator (CSW-PCO) provides customer service support for events at the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya) and other campus theaters supported by The Soraya, such as the Plaza del Sol Performance Hall, and operates powered carts for audience transportation between campus parking lots and the theater.
