Provide rapid technical support and maintenance for fab users while bridging system issues between the JASM fab and the TSMC headquarters. Responsibilities include monitoring alarms, executing system recovery, and handling user inquiries via phone and email.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in IT or the semiconductor industry. Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese is mandatory.
