Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
Greet walk-in customers with a smile within 20 seconds upon arrival, anywhere in our dealership.
Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
Report drivers' time cards to payroll
Assist i typing all necessary correspondences, quote and other typing as needed for the general manager, sales representatives or other personnel as needed.
Prepare all truck paperwork properly for customer's arrival.
File titles and release liens in truck files.
Update truck inventory weekly.
Post repair orders and other charges to truck files daily.
