The Mobile Technician will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet by diagnosing issues and prescribing remedial actions. This role involves operating a mobile repair unit to service transport trailers in the yard while maintaining efficient workflows.
Candidates must hold a licensed heavy duty mechanic status or a valid CVIP inspection license. Previous experience with transport trailer maintenance and the ability to work independently in an outdoor environment are required.
This position is subject to a Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30am-16:00.
As the Mobile Trailer Technician you will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Trailer Mechanics, and the other Tractor Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections prescribing the correct remedial action. This position will work outside of the shop running our Mobile Repair Unit.
