Sobre a vaga
Esta posição foi aberta para reposição de um Técnico 1 e tem como foco principal fortalecer o time técnico responsável por atendimentos internos e externos em equipamentos analíticos. A busca está direcionada, prioritariamente, para um perfil de entrada na trilha técnica (T1), mas a área pode avaliar candidatos com nível acima caso apresentem forte aderência técnica e comportamental.
O(a) Técnico(a) de Serviço será responsável pelo atendimento técnico aos clientes, realizando manutenção preventiva e corretiva, reparos, instalações e calibrações rastreadas e RBC em equipamentos analíticos, tanto nas dependências da Hexis quanto in loco nas instalações dos clientes. Além da execução técnica, a posição tem papel direto na experiência do cliente, já que esse(a) profissional representa a empresa nos atendimentos e atua com alto nível de autonomia em campo.
Nos primeiros meses, a atuação tende a ficar mais concentrada nas demandas internas e no processo de integração técnica. Depois, o(a) profissional passa a entrar no rodízio com os demais técnicos, assumindo também atendimentos externos e viagens nacionais conforme necessidade da operação.
Principais responsabilidades
Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva, reparos, instalações e calibrações rastreadas e RBC em equipamentos analíticos.
Realizar diagnósticos técnicos, identificar falhas, executar ajustes e conduzir testes de desempenho para assegurar o pleno funcionamento dos equipamentos.
Atender clientes tanto nas dependências da Hexis quanto in loco, com disponibilidade para viagens nacionais de segunda a sexta-feira, conforme demanda.
Elaborar relatórios técnicos e garantir a rastreabilidade metrológica dos serviços executados.
Cumprir procedimentos de qualidade e normas técnicas aplicáveis ao processo de manutenção e calibração.
Prestar suporte técnico consultivo aos clientes, com foco em excelência no atendimento, boa comunicação e resolução de problemas.
Atuar nas demandas internas quando não estiver em viagem, apoiando a rotina da área e o rodízio técnico do time.
Representar a imagem da empresa no contato com clientes, com postura profissional, organização e boa condução dos atendimentos.
Perfil que buscamos
Buscamos uma pessoa com base técnica em eletrônica/eletrotécnica/mecatrônica/automação, que tenha boa postura diante do cliente e maturidade para trabalhar com autonomia. Como essa função combina atividades internas com atuação em campo, o sucesso na posição depende tanto do conhecimento técnico quanto da capacidade de autogerenciamento, comunicação e proatividade.

Requisitos essenciais
Formação técnica ou graduação em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento em manutenção, calibração e instrumentação eletrônica.
Disponibilidade para viagens e atendimentos externos em território nacional.
Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resolução de problemas.
CNH categoria B.
Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e rotina de campo, quando aplicável.
Diferenciais (desejável)
Experiência com calibrações rastreadas e RBC.
Vivência em empresas do mesmo nicho de calibração, manutenção ou equipamentos analíticos de bancada.
Cursos de NR10, NR12 ou formações correlatas de segurança técnica.
Conhecimento prévio em sistemas e práticas relacionadas à ISO 9001 e ISO/IEC 17025.
Experiência prévia com equipamentos analíticos semelhantes aos utilizados pela operação.
