Candidates must be able to read blueprints, operate hand tools, and utilize lifting devices like overhead cranes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling are required for this role.

The laser operator creates nesting programs for the cutting machines. Separates, deburrs, and labels parts that come from the laser machine, and is responsible for meeting the daily production requirements. This position is dedicated to getting the job done right the first time and promotes a safe work environment focused on overall continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing
