Deliver guided diagnostic support using technical documentation and specialized tools.
Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and escalate as needed with clear documentation.
Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and field data.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Legal, and Warranty teams to provide technical insights and solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
3 + years of experience providing technical support in the material handling, heavy equipment, or related industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support customers and dealers effectively.
Strong and documented analytical skills with the ability to gather data from several sources and highlight opportunities and recommendations in an effective and organized presentation with a focus on continuous improvement and customer success.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
What Sets You Apart:
ASE certification or technical training in hydraulics, electrical systems, engines and drivetrains.
College Degree.

Experience with customer or dealer communications.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
Where and When You’ll Work:
