Job Summary:
The Female Handover Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a
smooth, professional, and highly refined property handover experience, with a
specific focus on female clients. This role serves as the primary point of
contact during the handover process, ensuring that clients fully understand
their property features, operational aspects, and next steps for occupancy. The
position represents the company’s brand, values, and service standards during a
critical customer touchpoint.
Requirements
Handover & Client Experience
- Conduct
residential property handovers in accordance with company standards,
policies, and procedures.
- Welcome and
host clients professionally, ensuring a warm, well-organized, and
comfortable handover experience.
- Provide a
clear and comprehensive walkthrough of unit features, fittings, amenities,
and operational systems.
- Ensure clients
feel confident and informed throughout the handover and transition to
occupancy.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the
primary liaison between clients and internal departments during the
handover phase.
- Address client
inquiries promptly and professionally, coordinating with relevant teams to
resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate
handover-related information clearly, accurately, and courteously at all
times.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure all
handover documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain
detailed records of handover activities, client feedback, and outstanding
items.
- Provide
structured feedback and insights to management to support continuous
improvement of handover processes.
Professional Representation
- Maintain a
consistently polished, neat, and professional appearance aligned with
company brand standards.
- Uphold the
company’s values and service ethos in all client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Native or
fluent English speaker (British nationality or accent preferred).
- Bachelor’s
degree or relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality,
customer service, or property management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

- Strong
interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
