The Nurse Case Manager provides field and telephonic clinical management for employees with workers' compensation cases. Responsibilities include coordinating light duty, ensuring compliance with care plans, and contributing to compensability decisions.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania with an associate's degree and BLS certification. Relevant case management experience and a valid PA driver's license are required.
The Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Manager is an experienced RN who provides both field and telephonic clinical case management for Tower Health employees with medical-only, lost time, and complex workers’ compensation cases under the direction of the Medical Director of Occupational Health. This includes but is not limited to contributing to compensability decisions, coordinating light duty, assuring compliance with plan of care, attending specialist appointments, and composing letters to Independent Medical Examiners. Provides RN Case Management services for select clients of Occupational Health Services. Participates in or leads projects that support Employee Health and Accident Prevention.
