  • Works with members to design web sites using several templates included with the SHiNE and Co-op Web Builder platforms.
  • Assists members by answering inquiries, filling member requests, and  troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
  • Offers input and feedback to cooperative members on content, mulitmedia applications, structure, design and Touchstone Energy brand standards.
  • Trains members to use the SHiNE CMS and Co-op Web Builder platforms.  Serves as technical support “help desk” for users and gathers information from co-ops to support development of future platform enhancements.
  • Frequently reviews and monitors websites for accuracy and at-risk status.
  • Supports development and maintainance for internal TSE related web sites including TouchstoneEnergy.com, CooperativeAdvantage.com, Next.touchstoneenergy.com, and other team-related sites. Updates content and graphics and assists internal TSE staff.
  • Collaborates with contractors, internal NRECA IT and other groups to maintain web sites.
