The Billing Coordinator is responsible for creating and sending accurate client invoices while ensuring compliance with custom billing rules. They will also collaborate with project managers to track costs and maintain quality control across all billing processes.
Candidates must have directly related experience in a billing function and possess strong proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot tables. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, stays composed under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines. Because client billing requirements vary, this person must be able to quickly adapt to different rules and processes from client to client. This role requires clear, effective communication with project managers and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. The Billing Coordinator will also build reports in Excel as needed and partner with the Billing Manager on quality control to ensure accuracy across all billing processes.

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE
Topographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.
