Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager-Diamonds to join our team at Titan. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our diamond jewelry brand, Tanishq. You will work closely with the sales, design, and retail teams to ensure the brand's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Tanishq diamond jewelry
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the design team to create new and innovative diamond jewelry collections
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the brand and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
• Manage the brand's budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and media partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the brand
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the brand's performance and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong understanding of the diamond market and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
