The technician will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while managing the entire preventative maintenance program. Responsibilities include developing building-specific budgets and coordinating with tenants and porters to ensure comfort and safety.
Candidates must have proven mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and an EPA Universal Certification. NATE certification is considered a major bonus.
