The role provides day-to-day support for HR and payroll functions, including onboarding and managing employee inquiries. Key tasks include auditing bi-weekly payroll, processing manual corrections, and preparing monthly HR reports.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of HR experience and a background in payroll processing or administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience with UKG is highly preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis while a member of our HR team is on leave. This role will support a variety of human resources and payroll functions, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and helping maintain day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro) is highly preferred.
Compensation Range – $30.00 - $35.00/ hour
Location(s) & Work Arrangement – Baltimore, MD / Hybrid
