We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This is a unique opportunity to help build our team, shape our culture, and establish a resident-centered community from the ground up.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
• Medication administration
• Resident assessments and monitoring
• Documentation and communication with healthcare providers
• Support care planning and family communication
Qualifications:
• Current Massachusetts LPN license
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach
Pay range $32-37
Resident Care Assistants ( RCAs)/ Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNAs)Become part of a team dedicated to providing person-centered care in a warm and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Encourage engagement and meaningful interactions
• Maintain resident dignity and independence
