We are a Singapore-based software consulting firm with a vibrant team in Bandung, seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for exceptionally smart and resourceful individuals with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our software applications while supporting successful deployments and post-production operations.

This role combines quality assurance, documentation, and production support responsibilities. You will work closely with developers, project teams, and clients to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested, well-documented, and effectively supported throughout their lifecycle.

You should be able to learn quickly and work independently. We will support you along the way, but you should also be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating unfamiliar challenges.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback and ensure testability.

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and functionality.

• Execute functional, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing activities.

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using appropriate testing and issue-tracking tools.

• Monitor bug fixes and perform regression testing to validate issue resolution.

• Support and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts using tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright.

• Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including test reports, user guides, release notes, support documentation, and operational procedures.

• Provide application support by investigating and resolving issues reported by clients and end users.

• Act as a point of contact for production support activities and communicate effectively with clients regarding incidents, issues, and resolutions.

• Coordinate system maintenance activities, deployments, hotfixes, and production releases.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic records or notable professional/personal achievements.

• The role is based in Bandung, Indonesia, and on-site presence is required.

• Min. 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Application Support, or related technical roles.

• Strong experience in manual testing, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking.

• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

• Experience performing regression testing and validating bug fixes.

• Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable interacting with clients and supporting production environments.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of web and mobile application architectures, databases, APIs, and client-server environments.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a software product company, IT consulting firm, or software delivery environment.

• Experience supporting production systems and handling incident management activities.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.

• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools.

• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
