Within the organization, the Institutional team is focused on providing the highest quality tutoring and test preparation products and services to learners of all backgrounds through direct partnership with schools and districts, colleges and universities, employers, public libraries and more. We're seeking exceptional Customer Success Specialists who are passionate about educational technology and driving student outcomes. As a CSS, you'll partner with assigned institutions (K12 Schools and Districts and GEAR UP programs) to deploy, implement, and support our On-Demand and High-Dosage Tutoring solutions powered by Tutor.com. You'll be the primary point of contact for smaller accounts while collaborating with a lead Customer Success Manager to support our key partnerships. In this role, you'll build proactive, strategic relationships with partner institutions, ensure successful solution adoption, and deliver the service excellence that drives student engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
