As the strategic leader of the store, the Store Manager drives business performance, delivers exceptional customer experience, and cultivates a high-performing, inclusive team culture. This role champions brand values and ensures operational excellence across all areas, directly impacting profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction. We all bring unique skills to work each day. For this role, there are foundational skills needed to succeed, 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience. A High School diploma is required; an associate’s degree is preferred. Undergraduate or graduate degrees are valued but not required—your professional achievements and leadership impact matter most.
