The Visitor Services Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, processing ticket sales, and providing information about garden attractions. They also manage customer inquiries, perform tram tour narrations, and resolve ticketing issues.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report. The role requires the physical ability to lift 30-60 pounds and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

During your work, you will welcome, admit, and direct guests while ensuring the start of a positive visitor experience. Sell admission tickets and handle cash and credit card transactions in an accurate and professional manner. Provide information to visitors either in person or on the phone regarding Garden sites, attractions, special events, classes, and other information that the visitor may require. Provide first-level resolution to customer issues. Promote the mission of Missouri Botanical Garden. Paid training will be provided to ensure you are ready and prepared to enjoy the visitors of The Missouri Botanical Garden.
