L’entretien et la maintenance des PLC, des interfaces opérateur, des protocoles de communication et/ou des robots seront vos principales tâches en tant que technicien en automatisation. En cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement des systèmes, vous serez aussi appelé à supporter l’équipe d’électriciens en place.

Description des Responsabilités:
Répondre aux appels de service pour identifier et corriger les problèmes électriques sur différents équipements de l’usine.
Lire et diagnostiquer les problèmes à partir des plans et manuels.
Effectuer les sauvegardes de programme et suivre les obsolescences des PLC et des HMI sur différents équipements.
Effectuer la mise à jour des licences et l’installation des logiciels de programmation.
Analyser, comprendre et/ou modifier la communication inter‑PLC non digital.
Créer et/ou modifier des programmes (PLC, interface opérateur, etc.).
Identifier et diagnostiquer les anomalies PLC, interface, communication et autres, en proposant des solutions.
Définir les pièces critiques et gérer l’inventaire des équipements.
Mettre à jour les documents techniques du département.
Appliquer les règles de sécurité et de salubrité alimentaire.
Effectuer les maintenances préventives conformément au programme de maintenance préventive.
Suivre les politiques SQF applicables aux tâches.
Respecter les règles BPF.
Qualifications requises:
DEC ou AEC en Technologie du génie électrique – Automatisation et contrôle
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Forte connaissance des protocoles de communication : DeviceNet, Profinet, OI Link, Ethernet IP et autres
Forte connaissance en Allen Bradley
Maîtriser les divers langages de programmation (ladders, grafcet, texte) et être en mesure de diagnostiquer et modifier les programmes des PLC
Habileté à utiliser les outils et instruments informatiques
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Leadership, sens de l'organisation, débrouillardise et aptitude au travail d’équipe
Autonome et respectueux
Habiletés pour la communication et sens de l'initiative
Réussite des tests prévus pour valider les compétences de programmation, électrique et informatique
