The Lessons Lead is responsible for driving sales of lesson and rehearsal packages while ensuring a high-quality experience for students and customers. They also manage instructor schedules, maintain facility systems, and provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in musical instruction or retail administration and possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 25lbs and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate: $18.69/hr - $25.63/hr depending on background and experience.
