The technician will operate and calibrate optical lab equipment to manufacture high-quality eyewear while maintaining production standards. They are responsible for following standard operating procedures and addressing workflow or quality issues as they arise.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have experience working in an optical setting. Proficiency in computer software such as Windows, Excel, and Word is required, along with a proactive and disciplined work ethic.

As an Optical Lab Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, working hands-on in our state-of-the-art lab to craft high-quality eyewear that makes a difference in people’s lives. You’ll be trained across key areas of our optical lab so you can master equipment calibrations, ensure top-notch quality, and keep production running smoothly.
