Conduct functional behavior and learning needs assessments within family homes to design individualized support plans. Implement these plans through data analysis and provide ABA training to parents, caregivers, and staff.
Requires a Master's degree and experience conducting behavior assessments and designing support plans for youth with autism or emotional challenges. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
