The representative will assist customers with inquiries, resolve service issues, and process furniture warranty claims to ensure high satisfaction. They are also responsible for maintaining operational excellence, supporting team training, and promoting store profitability.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingualism in English and French are required for this role.
