Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met across a multi-shift environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput while mentoring supervisors and staff.
Requires over 5 years of direct experience in nonwoven manufacturing or similar engineered materials environments. Must have a proven track record of leading production teams and implementing Lean Manufacturing or operational excellence initiatives.

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production performance, employee engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-shift operation.
