Own the day-to-day finance and payments operations, including flows, reconciliation, and process design. Partner with leadership to build scalable workflows and apply a legal lens to operational risk and contracts.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in finance/payments and operations with deep expertise in eCommerce, Marketing, or Media. Must possess strong systems thinking, a legal sensibility for compliance, and fluency in English.

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel
We're hiring a Finance & Payments Operations Manager to own the day-to-day of our finance and payments operations and the systems that hold them together. This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role for someone who works independently, takes real ownership of outcomes, reads systems instinctively, brings a legal sensibility to financial decisions, and can hold their own with leadership, including the CEO.
Israeli-specific experience and being fluent in Hebrew are not requirements for this position. New olim encouraged to apply.
