You will source and recruit creators across LATAM while building and managing the content engine for the GRWM shopping experience. This includes developing creative playbooks, managing campaigns, and defining the editorial strategy to drive engagement and sales.
The role requires deep experience in eCommerce, Marketing, or Media, along with fluency in both Spanish and English. You must possess a strong understanding of creator culture and the ability to build scalable content systems from scratch.

GRWM is built around that behavior.
We're looking for someone to build and manage the creator and content engine behind it - from finding the right influencers and building relationships to developing the formats, playbooks, and campaigns that make GRWM content worth watching.
You'll help define what great GRWM content looks like, and build the system that allows us to create more of it.
What You'll OwnSourcing and recruiting creators and influencers across LATAM.
Building and maintaining a strong GRWM creator community.
The social content strategy for GRWM.
Creator briefs, concepts, hooks, scripts, and storytelling frameworks.
A library of repeatable GRWM formats, creative playbooks, and content ideas.
Editorial planning and content calendars.
Managing creator campaigns from concept through execution.
Identifying emerging creators, trends, products, and formats before they become obvious.
Turning successful content into repeatable best practices.
Working with Terrific's product and commercial teams to bring creator insights into the GRWM experience.
Developing signature campaigns and creator moments that showcase what's possible.
You live and breathe creator culture.
You know what's happening across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the wider LATAM creator ecosystem—and you're usually early to what's coming next.
You understand why one GRWM gets 3,000 views and another gets 3 million.
You know how to find great creators, reach out to them, build relationships, and brief them without killing what makes their content great.
You're equally comfortable DMing a creator, building a content calendar, writing a hook, reviewing a video, and figuring out why something performed.
You have strong creative instincts, but you care just as much about performance.
You're creative, organized, fast, resourceful, culturally plugged-in, and AI-native.
And you'd rather build something from scratch than maintain a system someone else created.

You'll find the creators, build the relationships, shape the content, run the social presence, and create the methodology that makes GRWM scalable.
