The Purchasing Coordinator manages the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders and software licensing while acting as a liaison between sales, warehouse, and technical teams. They are responsible for resolving vendor discrepancies, expediting deliveries, and maintaining accurate tracking systems for all procurement activities.
Candidates must possess exceptional attention to detail and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP B1 experience considered a significant plus. The role requires the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders and a commitment to working onsite five days per week.
