The MedTech is responsible for delivering personalized resident care, including medication management and administration in compliance with physician orders. Additional duties include assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and housekeeping while documenting care in electronic medical records.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and preferably hold a high school diploma or GED. Requirements include experience interacting with seniors, meeting licensing and background checks, and possessing strong communication skills.
