LOCALIZAÇÃO: Pindamonhangaba - Sao Paulo - Brazil
O Global Trainee Program (GTP) é um programa estratégico de dois anos que visa desenvolver e formar futuros líderes da Tenaris enquanto experienciam o mundo industrial da empresa. Conheça abaixo os pilares fundamentais do programa:
- Rotação: movimento que possibilita a mudança de setor, supervisor e objetivos permitindo que os Trainees conheçam diferentes áreas da empresa e estilos de liderança;
- Treinamentos: Essenciais para a formação, os treinamentos são compostos por cursos técnicos e comportamentais e inclui uma experiência internacional através do nosso TenarisUniversity Induction Camp (TUIC), na Argentina.
- Avaliações de Performance: semestralmente são realizadas avaliações em 360° para acelerar o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoar as habilidades e competências.
- Apresentação de Projetos: ao longo dos dois anos o Trainee produzirá e apresentará um projeto com impacto à companhia, tendo a chance de expor a alta liderança o conhecimento e trabalho desenvolvido durante o programa.
Requisitos:
- Estar no último semestre da graduação ou possuir até 4 anos de formação em Engenharia (principalmente), além de Administração, Economia, Ciências Contáveis, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Psicologia, Comércio Exterior e área correlatas;
- Inglês Intermediário / Avançado (espanhol é um diferencial);
- Pacote Office Intermediário / Avançado (Power BI é desejável);
