The Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by performing routine production support tasks, preparing materials and work areas, completing documentation, and following established procedures under supervision. This role operates in compliance with applicable GMP requirements, site safety procedures, and radiation safety practices.
Key Accountabilities:
Performs routine production support activities (e.g., staging materials, preparing kits/consumables, cleaning and stocking work areas).
Executes basic manufacturing steps per approved SOPs and batch records under direct supervision.
Completes GMP documentation accurately and in real time (logbooks, cleaning records, inventory transactions, batch record entries as assigned).
Performs equipment and room cleaning/sanitization per procedures; supports environmental monitoring activities as trained.
Assists with receipt, labeling, and movement of raw materials/components following GMP and site controls.
Follows radiation safety practices (ALARA), wears dosimetry/PPE as required, and immediately escalates safety concerns.
Supports investigations by providing timely information and documentation; participates in training and qualification activities.
Contributes to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma with relevant manufacturing or laboratory exposure; Associate degree or certificate preferred
Internship, co-op, or lab coursework
Ability to follow written procedures and perform detailed documentation.
Basic math skills and comfort working in regulated environments.
Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital nuclear medicine, or cleanroom environments preferred.
Familiarity with basic lab/manufacturing equipment and controlled documentation practices preferred.

Shift work, weekends, holidays, and on-call support may be required based on production schedule.
