The role involves conducting outbound outreach via calls, texts, and emails to qualify leads and book appointments for the Chief Advisor. It also requires managing the lead pipeline and maintaining accurate records within the Close CRM.
Candidates need 3+ years of experience in appointment setting or inside sales, preferably within financial services. Proficiency with CRM tools and a strong, confident phone presence are essential.

We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who will play a critical role in growing our client base by connecting with leads, booking qualified calls, and keeping our pipeline full.
The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll reach out to warm and cold leads, follow up with event/webinar attendees, and schedule meetings for our Chief Advisor. You’ll also keep our CRM (Close) up to date with call notes and dispositions.
Your success is measured by appointments set and kept — you’ll have a clear target, scripts, and systems to support you.
