Sommaire du poste Relevant directement du gestionnaire, Infrastructure et cybersécurité, l’administrateur, infrastructure joue un rôle essentiel au sein de l’organisation technologique mondiale de Targray. Ce poste pratique est responsable de l’administration, de la surveillance et de la maintenance de l’infrastructure de Targray, tant sur site que dans les environnements infonuagiques. La personne retenue soutiendra les serveurs d’entreprise, le stockage et les réseaux, notamment les environnements LAN, WAN, sans fil et VPN. Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Infrastructure et cybersécurité afin d’assurer des services technologiques sécurisés, fiables et efficaces. Il s’agit d’une opportunité contractuelle temporaire à temps partiel pour une période initiale d’environ six (6) mois, avec une charge de travail estimée entre 6 et 10 heures par semaine. Le poste pourrait être converti en poste permanent à temps plein, selon les besoins de l’entreprise et le rendement. Le poste exigera une présence sur place au siège social de Targray à Kirkland, Montréal, durant la période initiale d’intégration et de transfert des connaissances. Une fois la personne pleinement formée, elle pourra travailler à distance; toutefois, elle devra habiter suffisamment près du bureau pour pouvoir se présenter rapidement sur place au besoin, notamment en cas de problèmes urgents liés à l’infrastructure, aux serveurs ou au réseau.
Responsabilités Infrastructure réseau et sécurité
Administrer les pare-feu Fortinet, les VPN, les commutateurs, les réseaux sans fil et la connectivité SD-WAN.
Surveiller et résoudre les problèmes liés aux réseaux LAN, WAN, sans fil et à la connectivité à distance.
Soutenir les contrôles de sécurité réseau, les initiatives de segmentation et l’optimisation de la performance.
Participer aux mises à niveau de l’infrastructure et aux projets de modernisation du réseau.
Systèmes informatiques et administration des utilisateurs finaux
Administrer et maintenir les environnements Windows Server, les machines virtuelles, les services d’infrastructure d’entreprise et les plateformes de terminaux.
Gérer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), les stratégies de groupe, DNS, DHCP et les services liés à l’identité.
Soutenir les services Microsoft 365, notamment Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint et les plateformes de collaboration.
Gérer la configuration des terminaux, le déploiement de logiciels, les correctifs et la conformité des appareils au moyen de Microsoft Intune.
Maintenir la documentation de l’infrastructure, les normes et les procédures opérationnelles.
Exigences
Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie, en technologies de l’information ou dans une discipline technique connexe.
Les certifications professionnelles telles que Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Security Administrator, Fortinet, Security+, Network+ ou l’équivalent sont considérées comme des atouts.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience pratique en infrastructure d’entreprise, administration de systèmes, réseautique, administration infonuagique et/ou cybersécurité.

Job Summary Reporting directly to the Manager, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity, the Infrastructure Administrator plays a critical role within Targray's global technology organization. This hands-on role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Targray's infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
The successful candidate will support enterprise servers, storage, networking (LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN), The role will work closely with the infrastructure and cybersecurity team, to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.
This is a temporary, part-time contract opportunity expected to require between 6-10 hours per week for an initial period of approximately six (6) months. There is potential for the role to convert into a permanent full-time position, depending on business needs and performance. The role will require onsite presence at Targray’s head office in Kirkland, Montreal during the initial onboarding and knowledge transfer period. Once fully ramped up, the successful candidate may work remotely; however, they must live close enough to the office to come onsite quickly when needed, including for urgent infrastructure, server, or network issues.
Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless networks, and SD-WAN connectivity.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and remote connectivity issues.
Support network security controls, segmentation initiatives, and performance optimization.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades and network modernization projects.
IT Systems & End-User Administration
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, virtual machines, enterprise infrastructure services, and endpoint platforms.
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity-related services.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
Manage endpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, and device compliance through Microsoft Intune.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Security Administrator, Fortinet, Security+, Network+, or equivalent are considered assets.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, networking, cloud administration, and/or cybersecurity.
