Lead strategic corporate communications programs and serve as a senior advisor to clients to build and protect their organizational reputations. Oversee high-performing account teams and develop integrated communication plans including media relations and executive thought leadership.
Requires 8-10+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public relations with a proven track record of advising senior executives. Must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the Canadian business and media landscape.

As a trusted senior advisor, the Director partners with executives and leadership teams to navigate complex communications challenges, develop impactful communications strategies, and deliver measurable results. Working across a range of sectors and issues, this individual plays a key role in helping clients communicate with clarity, build trust, and achieve their business objectives.

Compensation:
Talk Shop offers a comprehensive compensation package that goes beyond base salary. The salary for this role typically falls between $95,000 and $120,000 CAD annually, and is complemented by a full suite of benefits including comprehensive health and dental coverage, weekly flex days, learning and development opportunities, mentorship, team events, and perks, treats and swag.
