The Legal Officer will review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements while ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will also support corporate governance, maintain the contract management system, and provide legal support for cross-functional projects.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Laws or Master of Advocacy with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law. Proficiency in both Maltese and English, along with strong knowledge of Maltese employment and commercial law, is required.
