The representative provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training for the Centralized Aviation Flight Records Systems (CAFRS) to users worldwide. They collaborate with engineers and developers to resolve software, networking, and hardware issues.
Candidates must have extensive recent experience with CAFRS in a flight operations environment and a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) with corresponding years of experience. Proficiency in SQL, networking, and Microsoft Office is required.
