Your mission
As an experienced project manager in clinical research, you will play a central role in the organization and implementation of global clinical studies. You will accompany the entire process, from planning to successful implementation - for drugs and medical devices of all phases. You will ensure that our projects are carried out efficiently, to a high standard and on time.
Leading and managing international clinical trials and taking responsibility for time, quality and budget
Main contact person for customers throughout the entire project
Leading and coordinating an international, interdisciplinary team
Creation and responsibility for study specific plans and documents
Ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines
Regular reporting on the progress of the study
Close collaboration with internal departments such as Monitoring, Medical Writing, Finance and Business Development
Your profile
Completed scientific studies or comparable training in the healthcare sector
Several years of professional experience in clinical research, in particular as a project manager (at least 3 years) in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, biotech or CRO industry
Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP as well as the MDR (IVDR) and CTR
Business fluent in German and English and very good MS Office skills
Experience in leading and coordinating teams as well as a solution-oriented, structured way of working
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international, interdisciplinary teams
Affinity for finance as well as an independent, flexible and motivated working style
