What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻

With product-market fit proven, we're looking for a mission-driven, top-performing enterprise seller to join our commercial team. This is a key role on our APAC team: you'll scale our presence in India, drive deeper market penetration, and grow Sylvera's revenue by helping customers solve fundamental challenges.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Build and own a territory from scratch, across enterprise and mid-market prospects as well as project developers

• Become a technical expert and trusted point of reference for customers and prospects

• Generate net-new opportunities and close new business

• Develop and execute outbound strategies to build and nurture pipeline

• Own the full sales cycle, from first touch to close

• Build and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive deals over the line

• Bring the voice of the customer back to our product team

We're looking for someone who: 🧠💚

• Has 5+ years of closing experience selling complex solutions as a top performer, consistently meeting and exceeding quota

• Has sold B2B SaaS, ideally within sustainability, into India and brings an existing network

• Sells with a structured but creative approach: you generate your own pipeline, qualify from scratch, build champions, and navigate complex org structures

• Is business fluent in English and Hindi. Additional language skills in Bahasa and/or Malay will be beneficial

• Brings a hunter mentality: You will build your own pipeline and should be comfortable working towards an individual quota

• Is comfortable with ambiguity and confident exercising sound judgement

• Is hungry to learn, be coached, and become a world-class seller

• Can travel regularly for client visits and events

• Is genuinely curious about solving customer problems

• Cares deeply about the climate and the earth's ecosystems
